As of May 2026, the WeWork x My Baker ordering process has changed
After eight years of working together, we’ve now moved to a streamlined self-ordering model through the My Baker website.
Instead of completing a bespoke enquiry form for each order, Community Teams can now order directly from a curated range of products designed for all occasions — from branded cupcakes and cookies to seasonal celebration spreads.
How to Order
- Visit the Corporate dropdown menu at the top of the website
- Choose your products - you can choose delivery options at checkout
- Apply your WEWORK20 discount code at checkout for 20% off
- Select Bank Transfer at checkout — you do not need to make payment immediately
As before, invoices will continue to be raised centrally and sent directly to EMEA Europe Payments at month end.
Seasonal & Custom Events
You’ll find a range of themed and seasonal spreads available throughout the year.
If you don’t see the occasion you’re looking for, simply choose the generic Sweet Treats Spread and leave us a note at checkout (for example: “This is for Talk Like A Pirate Day – Yaargh!”) and we’ll tailor it accordingly.
Delivery Options
You can now choose from a range of delivery options at checkout, including:
- Day-before delivery (our most economical option)
- 8am–12pm delivery
- 12pm–4pm delivery
- One-hour timed delivery slots
