Pistachio
The most popular specialty flavour in the range. Pistachio sponge uses ground pistachios in the batter to produce a nutty, gently sweet crumb with a natural green tint. It pairs well with rose, raspberry, and white chocolate. One important note: pistachio is a tree nut. A pistachio cake cannot be made without nuts by definition; if a nut allergy is a concern, Biscoff or chocolate orange are the closest alternatives.
Biscoff
Lotus Biscoff spread is swirled into the sponge and buttercream, producing a warm, spiced biscuit flavour that has become genuinely popular with adults and children alike.
