We are a Virtual Bakery, delivering artisanal baked goods across many parts of the UK, with plans to expand nationwide over the next 24 months.

At My Baker, we believe that high quality, customised cakes and bakes should be available to everyone. We work with communities of talented independent bakers and pastry chefs across the UK, bringing customers convenience, quality and personalisation.

Our vision is to build a tech-enabled global artisanal baked goods brand and we are working incredibly hard to make this happen. We are a team immersed in food-tech and are passionate about great customer experience, supporting communities of independent bakers and using technology to change the face of the baking industry.

You will be joining the team at a critical point in our journey.  You will be expected to work across functions and the whole team has direct input on strategic decisions as well as a key role in the growth of sales, and the recruitment and retention of talented bakers. As such, you will gain invaluable business experience.
