Lead Times and the 3pm Cut-Off
Most cakes on our website can be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Next-day delivery across London and the UK is generally available when baker capacity allows; order by 3pm to qualify. Next-day orders carry a £10 delivery premium. For a fully custom design, we recommend submitting your brief via Design My Cake at least a week ahead.

Are your nut free cakes safe for people with a severe nut allergy?
We have to be clear about what we can safely promise. Our bakers work in kitchens where nuts and other allergens are present; if you have a severe allergy triggered by traces of allergens, sadly we are not able to cater for you safely and will decline the order. For mild nut sensitivity or a preference to avoid nuts, this collection is suitable. Each order arrives with a full allergen card detailing every ingredient used.
What is the difference between "nut free" and "peanut free"?
Peanuts are technically legumes, not tree nuts, so a nut allergy and a peanut allergy are clinically different conditions. Our "Made Without Nuts" selection removes tree nuts from the recipe. If you also need peanut-free, let us know via a note in the cart or call us on 020 3239 4399 so we can confirm suitability for your specific requirements.
