My Baker strives to deliver the best products and services to you. Sadly, sometimes things can go wrong but by letting us know, it gives us the chance to improve and make things right.
Our aim is to resolve any complaint in a manner that is considerate and fair to both the customer and the independent baker, taking all relevant factors into consideration.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your cake (or bake) arrived damaged, remember to send across accompanying images.
We always respond within 48 hours of receiving your email and / or phone call and will aim to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. Your complaint will be overseen personally by management.
