Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your cake (or bake) arrived damaged, remember to send across accompanying images.
We always respond within 24 hours of receiving your email and / or phone call and will aim to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. If the complaint is complex, we will ensure management personally oversees this. This may take a little longer but we will keep you updated throughout.
