Our Delivery Policy
Overview
100% of the delivery fee paid by you goes to the local independent baker fulfilling your order.
The baker will deliver the cake (it is often the baker themselves or a partner / family member), or use a specialist cake courier service.
In this way, you can be sure that the cake will arrive in perfect condition.
Postal orders
Postal orders are sent through reputable courier companies, and a tracking number is available on request.
Next day delivery
Please note, all of our cakes are made freshly to order. To avoid disappointment, please call us on 020 3239 4399 and we will confirm whether next day delivery is possible.
A £10 premium is payable for next day delivery – 100% of this also goes to the baker.
