One of our cake pop specialists, amongst other baking talents, would have to be our baker Olga. With training from the International Culinary Centre in New York City and a graduate from the world-renowned patisserie school Le Cordon Bleu, it is clear to see Olga’s skill in her bakes. After building up her confectionary business in Saint Petersburg, Olga has taken her extraordinary bakes to London. She now focuses on creating stunning bespoke cakes – like the ones you have always dreamed of. Her favourites? Wedding cakes and baby shower cakes, to celebrate those most special of occasions. Olga is based in Surbiton, London.
