Customising an Existing Cake (Free!)
If you’ve found one of our cakes on the website that you love but want a small tweak — such as a different colour, or message — that’s no problem. These are simple customisations we can usually make at no extra cost.
For example:
“I love the Watercolour to Canvas cake, but could you make it with orange colouring on white please?”
Just leave your request in the ‘add a note to your order’ box in the cart before checkout. Our expert bakers will do make it happen, with no additional charge.

Changing Flavours — Simple Swaps vs. Bigger Changes
We’re happy to offer simple flavour changes at no extra cost — for example, switching from vanilla to chocolate buttercream, or strawberry to raspberry jam. Just let us know your preferences in the notes section at checkout.
However, if your request involves premium flavours or fillings — like pistachio, fresh fruit compote, or layered flavour combinations — or significantly alters the original bake, we may need to charge extra. If you're unsure, drop us a message — we’ll confirm what’s possible and let you know if there’s any additional cost.

Because each bespoke cake involves thoughtful planning and expert craftsmanship — and not every enquiry turns into an order — we’re increasing the minimum spend for bespoke cakes from £150 to £200.
