In this new Baker Spotlight series, we seek to highlight some of the hidden gem bakers of the UK.

Sadly it is not possible to make each article exhaustive, and we will inevitably leave out some brilliant cakes and bakers - it's just a bit of fun! We also highlight where a baker is affiliated with My Baker.
