IMPORTANT: Terms and conditions of this offer:

1. The customer whose order is, via a system generated process, #20,000 will be eligible for a refund on their order, and still receive their order as normal.
2. This offer will refund up to a maximum value of £150. 
3. If the order is under £150, the full value will be refunded.  
4.. If the order is £150 or over, £150 will be refunded. 
4. These numbers refer to the final amount paid, after any discount has been applied.
5. If, in My Baker's sole judgment, a customer is making multiple orders to attempt to obtain the 20,000th order, such orders will not be capable of being cancelled. Therefore we kindly ask that customers refrain from this tactic and only order cakes if there is a genuine need.
6. There is no obligation to participate in any publicity related to this offer. You can choose to remain anonymous.

7. This offer excludes employees and bakers of My Baker, and their friends and family.

8. In the event that order #20000 is not eligible for the prize, it will be awarded to order #20001 etc.
9. In the event of any doubt or dispute, My Baker's decision is final.
