Come and learn the joys of real bread in a small, personalised, friendly class in a home kitchen with an award winning baker, Liz Wilson. You will have fun baking and shaping a variety of loaves and get to take them all home with you. Great for families, as a gift, or just for yourself.
Students will be making a loaf, mini focaccia, bread rolls, no knead buns and a sunflower seeded soda bread.

Maximum 5 people per class. Minimum of 2 before class is confirmed.
All ingredients and equipment will be supplied. Tea, coffee and light supper, bread tastings, recipes and a bread bag are all included. This kitchen handles gluten, dairy and other allergens. If you have allergies, please let us know in advance.
